DMC Cares Hurricane Relief Program: Neighbors Helping Neighbors!

Earlier this year, Dallas Market Center launched DMC Cares, a hurricane relief program with a goal of $1 million in support via financial and product donations for storm victims. While many regions are suffering from ongoing and devastating effects of recent hurricanes, DMC Cares has been committed to diligently helping those families in need.

To help thousands of families receive the basics, like clothing and furniture, DMC Cares partnered with Dallas Jewish Family Services, and has been working with the Houston Furniture Bank who continues to secure bed frames, mattresses, tables, chairs, and dressers. With the help of our partners, DMC Cares recently delivered a shipment of 16 pallets of donated products from new and unused toiletries, baby items, and men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing to the affected regions.

In addition to our efforts, we are proud of the many Dallas Market Center exhibitors who have also donated countless products to the cause, as well as creating specials for buyers from coastal areas affected by the hurricanes.

Dallas Market Center has also initiated Operation Restore. Operation Restore is an extended support program offering special travel packages to help affected retailers and sales representatives attend trade events at Dallas Market Center.
