Jen Stevens, founder and principal of Fonde Interiors in Dallas, shares a few of her favorite recent pieces from Dallas Market Center.
Stevens is a founding member of Dallas Market Center's new Design Ambassador Program, a year-long appointment for six design firms that will lead panels, build community connections, and style vignettes with pieces sourced entirely from Dallas Market Center.
The program arrives alongside DMC's broader design push, including more than 100 brands moving into new showrooms in the Interior Home + Design Center and a refreshed look for World Trade Center's 5th and 6th floors.
Joining Stevens on the inaugural Design Advisory Board are Beth Dotolo and Carolina V. Gentry of Pulp Design Studio, Courtney and Teddie Garrigan of Coco & Dash, Javier Burkle of of Burkle Creative, Eddie Maestri of Maestri, and Bryan and Mike Yates of Yates Desygn.

In Her Words
“We're always looking for the same qualities: craftsmanship, versatility, and a point of view that feels both distinctive and enduring. For this group of selections, we found ourselves drawn back to the pieces we specify time and time again. While Market is always an opportunity to discover something new, these are the products that have proven their staying power in our projects. From linens and lighting to rugs and accessories, each selection reflects the layered, collected approach that defines our work.”

About Jen Stevens
Jen Stevens' eye for design took shape early, in a childhood split between the arena — where her mother competed in cutting horse events — and antique storefronts, where she learned to notice craftsmanship and the kind of beauty that only comes with age. Growing up at her family's century-old Wyldwood Lodge also taught her to value rooms with history.
Stevens studied interior design and earned her master's degree in interior architecture from Pratt Institute before launching her career first in luxury hospitality design. Under her direction, the Dallas-based Fonde Interiors has built a reputation for rooms that look assembled over time rather than styled all at once, mixing antique and vintage pieces with contemporary forms. The studio's focus spans full-home renovations, new construction, boutique hospitality, and furnishings, with particular expertise in historic properties, natural materials, and antiques.
The studio has been featured in D Home, Southern Living, Abode, and other national publications, and was named a Best Designer in Dallas by D Home in 2026. In 2025, the firm received three preservation honors, including the PaperCity Historic Preservation and Restoration Award for its work on The Madison Hotel.
Beyond individual projects, Stevens has become a visible voice in Dallas' design and preservation community, speaking on panels about historic architecture and what's worth carrying forward in renovation work. A lasting connection to the UK and frequent travel continue to inform the studio's historically grounded point of view, reinforcing her belief that spaces should feel as though they've always belonged to the people living in them.
