You buy, merchandise, market, manage, solve problems, and take care of customers, sometimes all before lunch. So when someone says there is one more piece of technology you need to learn, we understand if your first reaction is, “I do not have time for that.” That is exactly why Dallas Market Center created RETAIL READY, practical AI education series created for independent retailers. We are not asking you to become a technology expert. We are going to show you how current AI tools can help with ordinary, time-consuming parts of running a store. Each week, we will start with one real retail problem and share one useful way AI may help. You will see short demonstrations, prompts you can copy, and retail examples you can adapt. We will cover notes, staff product knowledge, marketing, sales reports, inventory, buying, displays, events, and Market preparation. AI cannot replace your eye, your customer knowledge, or the relationships that make independent retail special. It CAN help you get through a first draft, organize information, and see a problem from another angle. You remain the decision maker.
