Written by Dallas Market Center | February 16, 2024

In honor of Black History Month, we are highlighting incredible black-owned brands who have found their way to Dallas Market Center.

Shona African Sculptures Gallery is focused on contemporary art from Artists of Black/African cultural influences predominantly from Zimbabwe, Africa. This Gallery's primary focus will be on trendy and provocative items in sculpture to engage a clientele limited in access to art and artists with a global impact on the social spectrum of today.

This relatively simple concept is still quite unique. However, these concepts are in great demand and needed in the evolution of customer access in an ever-changing marketplace. In recent years, this industry has become more sophisticated; additionally, the Arts world is shifting towards a more indigenes-oriented concept. Guests of this Gallery are being offered a dynamic place to be entertained visually, but also a place to see some of the best national and international art and artists on the contemporary scene pushing the envelope with thought-provoking concepts.

They intend to heavily utilize social media marketing in emerging global market with entertainment-orientations to withstand the perpetual shift in trends and cater to as large a client base as possible. Shona African Sculptures Gallery relies heavily on cutting-edge and social media savvy art and artist features in sculpting focused on a new emerging market from Zimbabwe, Africa, that has been a fuse for a variety of mediums that provide the establishment with both visual expressions which are now accessible through global marketing like B2B and E2E. This supports the success of Shona African Sculptures LLC. and a springboard, which will enhance not only social consciousness but more importantly add value and diversity to the investment portfolio of families in Zimbabwe; as well as profit margins of projects to help the quality of life.

See a quote from one of the artists below.

"I love to thank you, brother Manuel, for the the greatest support you did to me and my family on the construction of our house. Through the donation I received from you, I managed to extend my house from only two rooms to four rooms. I sent you the images of stages of construction. All in all, the extension costed $1500 American dollars. Without you, I wouldn't have managed to do this project.

On top of the support you have (given) me on this project, I would want to thank you for supporting me to buy a 5 kv diesel generator and welding machine which we used on this project.

This costed $900. Through your kind heart, me and my family have improved the quality of (our) living standard.

Much love, brother. We pray for more blessings to you and your family.”
