Every fall, the Dallas design community turns its attention to one address. This year, that address is 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd., where the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is happening in November. Dallas Market Center is proud to be a sponsor, and two of the featured designers happen to also be DMC Design Ambassadors.
The concept is simple and irresistible: hand some of the industry's most talented designers the keys to an extraordinary home, give each a room (or several), and let their imaginations run. The result is a one-of-a-kind house where every space tells a different story.
The tradition began in New York in 1973 as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Five decades later, it has grown into one of the nation's most prestigious and influential design events, known for setting trends that ripple across the industry. More than 800 designers have taken part in the New York Show House over the years, and the event has raised more than $30 million to support its mission.
In 2020, Kips Bay brought its legendary showcase to Dallas, and the city embraced it immediately. In just a few years, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas has become one of the region's premier design events, drawing designers, collectors, and design lovers from across Texas and beyond.
Now in its seventh year, the 2026 Show House returns with an entirely new group of designers and a completely reimagined home.
The setting is the 25,000-square-foot, French Renaissance-style estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd., and this year's new layout opens up more of the property than ever before. It's also a bittersweet season, as 2026 marks the Show House's final year at the address, so this is the last chance to see what designers can do with this remarkable home.
“Part of the magic of the Show House is handing designers the keys and seeing where their imaginations take them,” said Daniel Quintero, executive director of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “This year, they have more of the property to play with, new spaces to discover, and the freedom to make each one entirely their own. And with this being our final year at Turtle Creek, we couldn’t ask for a more exciting group to bring the house to life.”
Two of this year's participating firms, Coco & Dash and Fonde Interiors, are also members of DMC's inaugural Design Ambassador Program, launched to connect, inspire, and support the design community.
The year-long program brings together six leading Dallas-based firms — Burkle Creative, Coco & Dash, Fonde Interiors, Maestri, Pulp Design Studios, and Yates — who collaborate with DMC and its showrooms on vignettes styled entirely with pieces sourced from the DMC campus. With Coco & Dash and Fonde Interiors' participation this year, all six Design Ambassador firms have now designed for the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas.
Four of the six Ambassadors have already unveiled their vignettes at Dallas Market Center: Coco & Dash debuted its installation alongside Pulp Design Studios during the June Total Home & Gift Market, and Burkle Creative and Yates revealed theirs during Dallas Design Week, held September 15–17. The remaining Ambassadors will debut their vignettes over the coming months, continuing a year of collaboration between DMC and some of the city's most respected design talent.
“Supporting the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is a natural extension of what we do every day at Dallas Market Center: creating space for designers to do their best work and be recognized for it,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “This community thrives when we invest in it together, and we’re proud to support the Show House and everyone who brings it to life this year.”
Beyond the beautiful rooms, the Show House is a fundraiser at heart, and every ticket makes a difference. Proceeds support three organizations dedicated to transforming lives through design, service, and philanthropy:
