DMC’s Audience Development team brings buyers to Dallas through personal contact with key attendees. This kind of specialized service before, at, and after market sets Dallas apart and serves up that friendly Texas hospitality.

For June Lightovation, hotel reservations are tracking far ahead of last year, and we are also expecting the return of many international buyers given the recent lifting of COVID testing requirements to enter the United States. Some of the international retailers participating in June Lightovation include B.A. Robinson, Carrington Lighting, Cartwright Lighting, CE Tang Yuk & Co. Ltd., Dhillon Lighting, Estevez SA de CV, Jambu Group SA, Living Lighting, Montreal Lighting, Ocean Pacific Lighting, Pine Lighting, Royal Lighting, Union Lighting, and Ventiladores y Accessorios.

Stateside, retailers like Capitol Lighting, Connecticut Lighting Centers, Farrey’s, Ferguson, Hermitage Lighting, LBU Lighting, Lamps Plus and Wilson Lighting will be making the trip to Dallas. E-commerce leaders like Bellacor, Build.com, Shades of Light and Wayfair, and home improvement giant The Home Depot are all bringing their teams. And top distributors CED National Accounts and Priority Lighting are also drawn to Dallas. Lighting One will its annual Convention in Dallas preceding Lightovation with more than 60 member stores participating in both events.

Lightovation’s Luminary loyalty program helps to ensure that buyers are rewarded for their regular attendance. And in June, we are welcoming 51 Light Stars attending Lightovation for the first time. Be on the lookout for Lighting displays throughout the Trade Mart. Lighting permanent displays are debuting at the front doors of the World Trade Center and Trade Mart. Each display features lighting products and signals that buyers are arriving at the Home of Lighting. Temporary trend displays are also returning for June. These displays on Trade Mart 3, reimagined for the summer show, reflect the trends from the trend report that debuted in January and highlight lighting and home products from dozens of exhibitors. A seminar from trend expert Patti Carpenter will complement the displays. The American Lighting Association (ALA) will have a temporary home on Trade Mart 4 promoting their conference in Austin plus special events throughout the show.
