Join us on October 13, noon – 4pm in Trade Mart 2844 for flu shots open to associates and exhibitors. Passport Health will be able to bill your insurance, but you must provide a photo copy of your insurance card and driver’s license or State issued ID.
Accepted insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana and United Health Care PPO. If you do not have accepted insurance, the cost is $30 for the Quadrivalent Flu Shot. (payable by cash/check).
