t’s a new year and that means big changes at 2019’s first Lightovation: Dallas International Lighting Show. Next week, along with all of the exciting new product introductions that always drive the largest residential lighting trade event in North America, many will be showcased in new and expanded showrooms across the Dallas Market Center campus!
This year, we welcome Big Ass Fans, Sonneman – A Way of Light and Kuzco’s new sister brand Alora Lighting for starters, along with new brands in the Spectrum shared showroom. And don’t forget to head to the Interior Home + Design Center to check out Generation Lighting’s new showroom, 1D321. Read on for a complete listing of showroom debuts and expansions for January 2019 Lightovation.
- Big Ass Fans joins the Lightovation family with a new showroom adjacent to the Smart Center, in TM 4830. Best known for high-volume, low-speed ceiling fan technology designed to move extensive amounts of air, the company also has award-winning residential designs.
- CWI Lighting is relocating and expanding with a new showroom in TM 3327. The new location increases the company’s square footage by more than 35%.
- Eurofase has completed a major renovation and expansion of its TM 4002 showroom, which adds 50 percent more space for the company as well as extending the showroom into the World Trade Center as an open-daily destination.
- Fanimation celebrates its 35th anniversary with a showroom expansion that gives them 50% more space with visitor-friendly enhancements and introductions that play to its soft contemporary strengths.
- Generation Lighting makes a huge move this January as it heads to 1D321 in the Interior Home + Design Center. The move brings the brand closer to its parent company, Visual Comfort, located in the Taylors showroom at 1D111, which is where Tech Lighting will also now be located.
- Kuzco Lighting is relocating to TM 4010 which gives the company 24,000 square feet, enough room for rebranding and the introduction of its new partner brand, Alora Lighting, which will have its own showroom and entrance alongside the Kuzco showroom in TM 4402.
- Lite Source makes a move to TM 3321.
- Sonneman launches its first dedicated space in a new 5,700-square-foot showroom in TM 4804 and will feature a growing assortment of architecturally scalable lighting systems and resources.
- The Spectrum shared showroom in Lightovation debuts nine new companies this January, including Acclaim Lighting, The Coppersmith and Faro Barcelona. Don’t miss them in TM 4432.
- Varaluz has expanded its presence by 50% in TM 4507, creating more space for its growing Varaluz Casa line.
